FAQs

Who should attend?

Given the virtual nature and timing of events, the Symposium is for U.S.- and Canada-based attendees who represent community-based organizations, nonprofit programs, schools (K-12 public, private, charter), colleges and universities, and other education professionals working on educational access and success. 

Can I share access to the Symposium with my colleague(s)?

No. Anyone who wants to participate will need to register separately. Each registrant will receive their own unique personal access code to participate in the live event, and the code(s) cannot be shared. Workshops may utilize breakouts and/or interactive activities.

What if more than one individual from my organization/school wants to attend? 

If you are interested in registering multiple people from the same organization/school and wish to pay together, you can register together as a group at the same time. If you wish to pay separately, group members can register individually.

Group discounts for NPEA Members:

NPEA Member organizations/schools with three or more people attending are eligible for a group discount of $15 off per person. Members should apply the coupon code GROUP25 (all caps, no spaces) during their registration. We do not offer group discounts for Non-Members.

How do I know if my organization is an NPEA member?

Will you record the Symposium sessions, and/or will I have access to the content after the event?

We will NOT be recording the Symposium sessions. Resources and/or links shared during sessions may be available to participants following the Symposium, but in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of the Symposium space and content, participants are expected to attend and participate LIVE.

Note-Taking Policy:

During this event, the use of any AI note taking tools is prohibited. In order to ensure the confidentiality and security of the sessions, participants are expected to rely on traditional methods of note-taking.
